Yoga has numerous benefits. Yoga helps to improve stress management, cardiovascular health, mental health, balance and posture, just to name a few. If you are curious about yoga and want to give it a try, the library has several options available.

Programs on Yoga

Register for an outdoor yoga class at the new library pavilion in August. In the event of inclement weather, this class will be held inside the library in the Porter room. In addition, watch for a chair yoga class in November.
