I personally use Hoopla almost every day to read my favorite graphic novels, watch movies, or listen to audiobooks, but there’s all kinds of things to explore on Hoopla. The best part? On Hoopla, everything is always available – no waiting or placing holds!

Now you have access to a huge digital collection of eBooks, Audiobooks, Movies, TV Shows, & Music – all at your fingertips.
With your WPPL card, you can check out up to 10 “Instant Borrow” titles every month, as well as 10 “Flex Borrow” titles.
Hoopla is available as a mobile app (available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store) and also as a website for your convenience.
