- White paper plate
- Colorful markers
- Cotton balls
- Glue
- Scissors
Instructions
- Cut the paper plate in 1/2.
- Color a rainbow on the one half of the paper plate (as shown in the picture).
- Glue cotton balls to both ends of the rainbow.
Now you have your own rainbow to enjoy!
