Westlake Porter Public Library is pleased to welcome the return of the artwork of Westlake resident, Ken Marshall. More than 50 of his watercolors, paintings and original prints will be displayed in the Art Gallery during January. This is the third time the library has hosted a show of Ken’s work.

Ken is a former Chief Artist of The Plain Dealer. During his career in journalism, Ken used art to explain news stories at newspapers in Columbus, Dallas, San Diego and Chicago. He has enjoyed his return to his first love of making art, following his retirement.

Ken is a member of the Ohio Plein Air Society and the Ohio Watercolor Society. He has exhibited his work at Ohio museums and galleries. He has also competed in plain air painting events in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Several of his prize-winning works will be on display
