Dover Watercolorists
Westlake Porter Public Library is hosting the Dover Watercolorists during the month of April. The Dover Watercolorists was created in January 2017. A group of 12 individuals moved from creating art in the King James activity room to the Dover Congregational Church. The Dover Watercolorists is an informal group that gathers to share ideas and create beautiful pieces of art.
