Every 10 years the United States conducts a census of its entire population. By now all of you should have received a postcard in the mail asking you to respond to the census questionnaire online. If you have that’s great and I’m sure you can attest that it only took a few minutes to complete. If you haven’t you probably have received multiple notifications and reminders from the Census Bureau asking you to complete. It’s incredibly important that you respond to those requests as many programs, funding levels, and the number of our representatives the state has in the House of Representatives are affected by our responses.
